For those who want more. Hazelnut-chocolate, mango, or mixed berry gelato packed into a fresh brioche bun. Each flavor is made in small batches and runs out fast.

One flavor, one month, then gone. We rotate a limited gelato each season, inspired by what's fresh in Brașov's markets. Ask the stand what's in today.

All the gelato, no bun. Two scoops of your chosen flavor in a cup. Perfect if you want to try before you go full brioche.

Half the size, all the flavor. One scoop of gelato in a mini brioche. Great for kids or when one full Brio just isn't enough room. (It always is.)

Two Classic Brios, two flavors. Share with someone or keep both — we don't judge. Save a little, eat twice as well.
