Our story

Brio Gelato started with a trip to Sicily and a brioche filled with pistachio gelato eaten on a warm morning. That bite stayed with us.

Brașov is full of tourists who deserve something like that: a cold, creamy scoop in a soft warm bun, made from real gelato and good bread. Not a chain, not a gimmick. Just the Sicilian original, brought here.

We source our gelato from a local supplier committed to natural ingredients. Our brioche buns come from a Brașov bakery baked fresh each morning. The stand is in the old town, where the foot traffic is.

The flavors

We rotate 6-8 flavors at a time. Classic always includes vanilla, pistachio, and stracciatella. Signature flavors change with the season. Ask us what's freshest when you arrive.
