In Sicily, brioche con gelato is morning food. You split a cloud-soft bun and pack it with gelato. Creamy, cold, completely worth it. This tradition goes back generations.
We brought it to Brașov's old town. Every bun is baked fresh. Every gelato flavor is churned in small batches from real ingredients. No powders, no shortcuts.
You grab one at the stand and eat it walking down the cobblestones. That's the whole idea.

We offer vanilla, pistachio, and stracciatella in our Classic Brio. The Signature Brio comes in hazelnut-chocolate, mango, or mixed berry. We also rotate a seasonal flavor each month. Ask at the stand what's in today.
Where is the stand?+
We are in Brașov's historic center on Strada Republicii. Look for the coral stand. Open daily in summer from 10am to 9pm.
Can I pre-order?+
Right now we work walk-up only. No reservation needed. Waiting times are short. It is always worth it.
Is it suitable for kids?+
Yes. Our Mini Brio is made for smaller appetites: half the size, one scoop, mini brioche. Kids love it. So do adults who decided one full Brio was not enough.
